Frequently asked questions you might have about your rented time at the studio!

1. Can I come in early to set up?

Your rental time begins and ends when you book. Please make sure you give yourself enough time to rearrange and clean up before you leave.

2. Will anyone else be there?

The Main Space is curtained off but is a shared office space Mon-Friday 8-5. The Loft is a completely private space.

3. Where can I photograph boudoir?

Boudoir is ONLY allowed in the Loft.

7. Respecting the space.

Please be considerate of your fellow photographers and studio owners. You are free to move things and take items off the wall but cannot hang or put holes, command strips etc. If the studio is not left in the correct manner you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.

4. Can I bring pets?

Absolutely! We are very pet friendly. They must remain in control of the owner and cleaned up after.

5. My client is late! Can I stay longer?

If there is not another photographer behind you that is fine! Reach out via Instagram, Facebook or text to check. We will send you an invoice for the extra time afterwards.

6. What about rescheduling and refunds?

We do not offer refunds as the time you book is held just for you. You can reschedule! You must reschedule 12 hours prior to your appointment to do so. We cannot issues credits for no show clients etc.
